Support Coverage

The following is included with all managed support plans:

  • Website / application monitoring and response, the SLA and other details are based on your plan.
  • Free OS optimization, security hardening and general recommendations. We support RedHat/CentOS and Debian/Ubuntu, other systems are supported on best-effort basis.
  • Management of all aspects of the operating system, assistance and troubleshooting of any problems related to operating system and standard hosting components;
  • Best-effort support for 3rd party applications that do not impact the operations of the underlying operating system.
