Do you support VPS or other containers?

Yes, we support both Redhat and Debian-based systems on dedicated servers and VPS containers. We also support all of the hosting components you may need for running your website! Please review our support coverage for full details.

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

We offer no-questions-asked refunds to all customers within 30 days of your signing up, provided that you have not used any of the support time. If you are not satisfied with our service, please contact us first so we can attempt to rectify the situation. Our goal has always been customer satifsaction, and we would you like to keep you as our customer!
